📋 Description

• Lead recurring customer sessions to identify, prioritise, and design outcome-driven use cases
• Drive consultative conversations to define business issues and remediation possibilities achievable
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs that consider process alignment
• Guide customers in embedding Nexthink into service management and cross-functional operational
• Empower customers to fully adopt Nexthink solutions while maintaining trusted advisor status.
• Support customers in progressing towards defined milestones and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of consulting or advisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing services role in the
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related
• Strong ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
• Ability to drive consultative conversations defining business challenges and remediation
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise data to generate
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
