📋 Description

• Manage migration projects from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security
• Guide enterprise mail flow: SMTP, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Advise on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Provide guidance on email security policies and anti-phishing protections
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues post-migration
• Refine SEG displacement practices for future implementations

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA with 5+ years in customer-facing cybersecurity SaaS deployments
• 4+ years managing enterprise mail flow integration and SEG decommissioning
• Deep knowledge of SMTP, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email routing
• Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR compliance in email security
• Experience with AI platforms such as Glean and Claude
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security
