• Run asynchronous deployments using templates and guides.
• Monitor deployment health daily; triage and prioritize active deployments.
• Troubleshoot blockers using runbooks; escalate as needed.
• Guide customers to activate products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate with account teams on status and next steps.

• Curious about customer needs; prioritize and communicate transparently.
• Deploy and manage SaaS across many environments; Azure and Google Cloud.
• Understand networking basics, security protocols, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Strong technical analysis; explain complex steps clearly in writing.
• Manage high-turnover, concurrent projects; hit fast deadlines.
• 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting delivering cybersecurity SaaS.
