Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver timely services for customers, ensuring value from Cloudflare.
• Gather requirements; produce Solution Design, HLD/LLD, data builds.
• Implement changes in Cloudflare per change management; guide CPE and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Support, Engineering on escalations.
• Contribute to internal docs; answer Q&A; build templates and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (e.g., engineer or consultant).
• OSI layers basics: TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP
• Deep knowledge of DDoS, WAF, certificates, DNS, CDN
• Scripting in Python/JavaScript/Bash; eager to expand
• Security and performance tech: Firewalls, WAF, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, mTLS
• Experience with Terraform (IaC)
• English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
