📋 Description

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation to accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with customers to identify goals, challenges, and success metrics.
• Enable customers on Analytics, Guides, NPS, Session Replay, and related modules.
• Lead custom consulting engagements including configuration and governance.
• Manage multiple engagements with quality, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, implementation, customer success, or SaaS.
• Experience leading customer engagements across multiple projects.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Translate customer goals into practical implementation approaches.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js; production backend code.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
