Implement and deploy FreeBalance solutions per ISO 9001:2015 methodology.
Manage customer expectations and uphold FreeBalance values.
Conduct detailed requirements reviews and create storyboards for sign-off.
Configure and demonstrate FreeBalance software to map processes to the solution.
Develop acceptance test plans and conduct client acceptance testing.
Develop training materials and deliver product and user trainings, including Train the Trainer.
Transfer knowledge on project management and change management.
Manage day-to-day project operations, scope, and schedules to deliver on time.
Lead project phases from inception to completion.
Provide input to product management based on client feedback.
Report progress to the Project Manager.
Collaborate with the team to meet milestones on time and on budget.
