📋 Description

• Drive fast time-to-value at scale for self-serve deployments
• Own a large high-turnover portfolio and hit 12-day time-to-value
• Run asynchronous deployment using templates and self-service enablement
• Monitor deployment health daily and prioritize accounts
• Troubleshoot blockers and escalate to Senior PS Consultants or Eng with context
• Activate products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine curiosity about a customer's underlying needs; prioritize clearly when demands compete
• Experience deploying and managing SaaS across a large customer portfolio (Azure & Google Cloud)
• Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly with clear guidance for non-technical customers
• Proven ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects and meet fast deadlines
• Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work
