Guide customers to activate products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Proactively manage risk and keep deployments moving; cross-functionally align with the account team.

🎯 Requirements

Deploy SaaS across Azure and Google Cloud.
Networking basics and SPF, DKIM, DMARC for mail.
Strong technical analysis to diagnose deployment issues quickly.
Manage high-turnover volume of concurrent projects; hit deadlines.
Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work.
2+ years in technical support or PS for cybersecurity SaaS.
