• Deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products to customers.
• Lead consultative sessions to identify and design use cases aligned to business goals.
• Translate business requirements into structured solution designs and workflows.
• Guide customers to embed Nexthink into service management and operations.
• Develop dashboards, investigations, alerts, campaigns, and automation workflows.
• Analyze endpoint and operational data to generate actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of consulting or advisory experience in tech services.
• Translate business issues into structured technical solutions.
• Drive consultative conversations defining business challenges and remediation possibilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
• German language could be a big advantage.
