🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations (ERP/SaaS)
• Consultative approach guiding clients toward improved outcomes
• Technical competence with complex software ecosystems and data flows
• Strong communication translating technical jargon to financial concepts
• Expertise in treasury domains: cash management, payments, risk, hedge accounting
• Finance background in corporate treasury, accounting, or finance; comfortable with cash flow and risk
• Fluent in English and German; other languages a plus
