📋 Description

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring scope
• Lead deployment kickoffs by transferring critical information from proof-of-value teams, including
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business and technical objectives and translate
• Guide customers through platform configuration, integrations, technical enablement, and deployment
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout implementation, providing regular status
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS
• You are fully professionally fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently communicate
• You have experience managing enterprise deployments involving email systems, integrations
• You have demonstrated the ability to manage projects end to end, including discovery, planning
• You have a strong understanding of enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies.
• You have experience leading technical discussions with IT, information security, and other
