📋 Description

• Implement Proactive AI Agents from requirements to deployment.
• Deliver high-quality technical tasks for client engagements.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams on proactive customer journeys using APIs.
• Translate client requirements into automated solutions.
• Configure and customize the SaaS platform to customer needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in delivered solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in professional services, software implementation, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript; familiarity with C#, Python, HTML, CSS is a plus.
• Experience with APIs for integration in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and follow best practices.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
