Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Help customers improve cybersecurity posture and optimize processes.
• Investigate incidents and support incident response efforts.
• Educate on Zeek logs and Corelight alerts.
• Design and implement solutions with partners (packet brokers, SOAR).
• Implement queries and dashboards in SIEMs (Splunk, Elastic, Humio).
• Lead technical engagement with customers and cross-team coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity; startup experience preferred.
• Extensive SOC environment experience.
• Zeek/Corelight experience is a plus.
• Security/Networking certifications.
• Expert in Windows/Mac/Linux/Unix, IDS/IPS, TCP/IP.
