Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with client stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Plan and lead implementation engagements deploying components for client env
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth rollout and integration
• Deliver technical training for admins to executives
• Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive to resolution
• Document field issues and enhancement requests with Engineering/Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or IBM DB2
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• REST APIs experience
• Programming or scripting in Java
