Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery of customer deployments, including customer VPC, customer cloud, and
• Partner with customer IT, security, and infrastructure teams to review architecture, network
• Support pre-sales technical scoping, including dataflow diagrams, architecture documentation, and
• Work with Strategy and Ops and GTM to confirm technical feasibility before commitments are made to
• Build and maintain deployment automation using infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation
• Design and document runbooks, reference architectures, and onboarding playbooks, and run knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, solutions architecture, or
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, RDS, IAM, SSM, VPC
• Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) and
• Experience deploying software into enterprise or regulated customer environments, including
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, ISO) and the ability
• Strong communicator who can explain complex infrastructure concepts to both technical and
