🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of professional experience; 2+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot apps preferred.
• Technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center tech.
• CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU, and automation principles.
• Knowledge management curation experience.
