Professional Services Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and category oversight of professional services for Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast
• Partner with internal teams to understand needs, scope, timelines, and budgets
• Manage end-to-end sourcing (RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, contracting)
• Build and manage supplier relationships with accountability, inclusion, and innovation
• Own contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Leverage spend data and market insights to drive pricing and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years in procurement or category management focusing on professional services (video game dev a plus)
• 2-3 years in a procurement position within video game development preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and complex collaborator engagement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
