Professional Services Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across POCs.
• Review content and layouts to identify inconsistencies or missing elements.
• Contribute to improving internal POC templates, guidelines, and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance internal tools, demo environments, and enablement resources.
• Deliver high-quality support for asset migration projects, including client enablement and process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.
• Interest in automation, AI, and process improvement.
• Passion for working with brands, visuals, layouts, and digital experiences.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar is helpful
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and technical systems.
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot technical workflows with support from the team.
