Program Analyst - Innovation

📋 Description

• Master business + application performance data, with drivers and definitions.
• Own the day-to-day BI partnership; translate leadership needs to BI execution.
• Translate reporting requirements into executable plans and deliver with BI.
• Build and maintain reporting outputs (dashboards, executive views).
• Maintain outputs and surface insights (trends, anomalies) proactively.
• Partner with peers to translate performance data into leadership-ready outputs and narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, program operations, reporting, or adjacent roles (or equivalent capability).
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and comfort with datasets and metrics logic.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Demonstrated operational discipline: planning, follow-through, attention to detail, high-quality output.
• Scrum/Agile familiarity required.
