Program Analyst - Innovation

📋 Description

• Master business and app performance data, with drivers, definitions, and limits.
• Own day-to-day BI partnership; translate leadership needs into BI execution.
• Translate reporting needs into executable BI plans (scope, dependencies, sequencing).
• Build dashboards, drilldowns, and exec views; ensure accuracy and usability.
• Maintain outputs and surface insights like trends and anomalies.
• Partner with leaders to turn performance data into comms-ready narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in analytics, operations, or reporting.
• Proficiency with data tools (Power BI) and datasets/metrics logic.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements.
• Scrum/Agile familiarity.
• Experience with software delivery operations (delivery reporting, milestones, backlog hygiene, release visibility).
