Program Analyst IV

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level program analysis and operational support to a DoD acquisition org.
• Analyze program cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk; advise leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent program activities on schedule.
• Develop and maintain program mgmt processes and planning calendars.
• Prepare acquisition docs, exec summaries, and memos per DoD policies.
• Develop executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or above
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years supporting DoD acquisition/program management
• At least 2 years supporting medical countermeasure development programs
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives in countermeasure development preferred
• Experience with DoD information systems (SAIS, DSTS, DTS, EDMS, SharePoint, Teams)
