Program Associate

📋 Description

• Develop and implement O&M and EMP per WA Clean Buildings Standard.
• Support implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs).
• Contribute to the Program Health Dashboard.
• Lead outreach for Clean Buildings Tier 2 customer support.

🎯 Requirements

• Coursework or experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, data analysis, or building efficiency.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Organized self-starter with time management.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills (writing and speaking).
