• Deliver and support operational projects end to end.
• Rewrite SOPs and docs to be clear and followed.
• Use AI to automate health checks and deliverables.
• Scope product and tooling improvements from operational pain points.
• Translate changes into actionable requirements for builders.
• Ensure adoption and track progress with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, project coordination, or hospitality.
• Strong written communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Data-forward with ability to measure and reflect on outcomes.
• Tech-savvy: Google Suite, Notion, Claude, Slack.
• Willingness to travel to Kasa properties.
