Program Coordinator (Lead DSP)

📋 Description

• Lead direct support for a residential group home; support individuals with I/DD.
• Provide hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction; ensure safety.
• Assist with ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Prepare meals and snacks; may include grocery shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry; assist with transportation.
• Admin duties: scheduling, staff training, documentation, and policy compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience with adults with IDD; residential setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
• Reliable transportation with ability to use personal vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion to help others; people-oriented and team player.
• Good communication; document care and coordinate with teams.
