Program Coordinator/ Lead DSP

📋 Description

• Lead direct support for a Supported Living Program in Lakewood, WA.
• Provide direct support, hands-on instruction, and positive direction to individuals with I/DD.
• Ensure health, safety, service objectives, and personal goals.
• This is not supervisory; reports to Program Director.
• Enrich and support residents; maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, transportation, behavior supports, and mobility.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years caregiver experience; I/DD support preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication; documentation and team collaboration.
• Able to attend two weeks of paid orientation and training.
