🎯 Requirements

Certificate in Fundraising Management or equivalent.
2-3 years’ fundraising experience with CRA knowledge.
Expertise in RE NXT: data integrity, donor segmentation, reports.
Experience managing large volunteer groups (asset).
Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; web savvy.
