Program Director

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the program, establishing goals, priorities
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for program quality, effectiveness, implementation
• Continuously evaluate and refine the program model using participant feedback, evaluation findings
• Recruit and select participants while building and maintaining trusted relationships with pastoral
• Provide ongoing participant support, accompaniment, guidance, and communication throughout the
• Lead or facilitate cohort learning experiences and coordinate facilitators, coaches, consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Divinity, Ministry, Social Sciences, Administration, Education, Business, or a
• More than 5 years of experience working directly with faith-based organizations, pastoral leaders
• Experience in program coordination, program management, community development, leadership
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong understanding of and passion for Latino/a pastoral leadership, Christian Community
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and maintain strong relational networks
