Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate programs (residential and/or day) for individuals with IDD.
• Mixture of direct care and supervisory duties.
• Lead program operations across medical, financial, and maintenance aspects via the site designee.
• Provide leadership and team building with staff at programs.
• Ensure services align with person-centered practices and licensing standards.
• Direct care as needed at programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• At least 1-year full-time direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience with development or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized programs and supervising employees.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift/transfer and provide personal cares to persons served.
