Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs for individuals with IDD.
• Manage staff orientation and ongoing training for program teams.
• Monitor goals, plans, and overall program implementation.
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial, and maintenance with site designee.
• Provide leadership and team building at programs.
• Direct care as needed at programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience working with development or intellectual disabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing programs and supervising staff; budgeting.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Criminal background check clearance for licensing.
