Program Director

📋 Description

• Supervise staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor program goals and implementation.
• Oversee operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects.
• Provide leadership and team building.
• Ensure services align with person-centered practices and licensing.
• Direct care as needed at programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in human services.
• At least 1 year direct experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience in the field.
• 5+ years direct supervision/management in Human Services.
• Experience developing and implementing individual programs, budgets, and supervising staff.
• Ability to lift/transfer and provide personal cares to persons served.
