Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD.
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties.
• Personnel management, orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor goals, plans, and daily program operations.
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects.
• On-call availability; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; some weekends/on-call hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with IDD participants.
• At least 2 years of management experience with developmental disabilities.
• Strong decision-making, time management and communication skills.
• Responsible, mature, flexible.
• Valid driver’s license.
