Oversight and coordination of assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program) for individuals
Combination of direct care and supervisory duties
Lead program operations, including goals/plans and overall program implementation
Manage operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects via site designee
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call flexibility

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual
At least 2 years in management with developmental disabilities
Strong decision-making, time management, communication, and flexibility
Valid driver’s license
Successful background clearance required
