Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the overall assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD.
• Blend direct care with supervisory duties across residential/day programs.
• Lead staff orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Monitor program operations, goals, plans, and service quality.
• Direct program operations including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects.
• Provide leadership and team-building at programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field required.
• At least 1 year of full-time direct experience with IDD/IDD participants.
• At least 2 years in management with IDD experience.
• Experience in program development, budgeting, and supervising staff.
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills.
