Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversight of the assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial, and maintenance
• Direct and guide program staff and designees
• Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm; flexible schedule on call
• Work with a mission-driven team statewide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• 1 year direct experience with IDD
• 2+ years in management with disabilities
• Strong decision-making, time mgmt, communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Background clearance required
