📋 Description

• Personnel management and program coordination including but not limited to assuring they complete
• Monitor all aspects of the program including but not limited to developing individual goals and
• Assure coordination and management of the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance
• Ensure the atmosphere of the overall program is therapeutic, provides optimal growth for
• Schedule, lead, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, while assuring continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study required.
• A program director must have the qualifications of an intellectual disability professional, based
• Prior experience in developing and implementing participants programs, implementing budgets, and
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be
