🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study required.
• At least 1 year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities.
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be
• Valid driver’s license.
• A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.
