Program Director

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the overall assigned program or programs for individuals with developmental
• Supervise 4 different CLAs in locations in and around the Bristol area
• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans, implementing
• Assure coordination and management of overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; human services field of study preferred
• At least 3 years of full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and
