Program Director

📋 Description

• Personnel management and program coordination including ensuring completion of orientation and
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans and implementing
• Coordinate and manage overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs
• Provide a mixture of direct care and supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study
• At least 1 year full time direct experience working with participants with developmental
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental disabilities
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful background clearance required
