Program Director

📋 Description

• Personnel management and program coordination
• Monitor all aspects of the assigned program
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects
• Provide leadership and team building
• Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices
• Direct care as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field required
• At least 1-year full time direct experience working with participants with developmental
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development or intellectual
• Prior experience in developing and implementing individual's programs, implementing budgets, and
• Good decision-making, time management, communication skills
