Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate overall assigned programs (residential and/or day program) for individuals
• Manage personnel, assure staff complete orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor program aspects including developing individual goals and plans and implementing the program
• Coordinate management of overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the
• Provide leadership and team building with staff
• Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices, licensing and Dungarvin

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required
• At least 1-year full-time direct experience working with participants with developmental
• At least 2 years of experience in management and working with developmental or intellectual
• Prior experience in developing and implementing individual's programs, implementing budgets, and
• Demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, responsible and flexible
• Ability to lift/transfer and provide personal cares to persons served
