📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate assigned programs (residential and/or day programs) for individuals with
• Perform mixed direct care and supervisory duties
• Manage personnel, including orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor programs including developing individual goals and plans
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required
• 1 year of full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual
• 2 years of management experience in working with developmental disabilities
• Good decision-making, time management, communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Successful background clearance required
