Program Director

📋 Description

• Personnel management and program coordination including but not limited to assuring they complete
• Monitor all aspects of the program including but not limited to developing individual goals and
• Assure coordination and management of the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance
• Lead DSPs, Lead DSPs, and other frontline staff through coaching, accountability, training, and
• Clearly communicate expectations, policy changes, performance concerns, and care needs while
• Quickly assess staffing concerns, behavioral issues, incidents, scheduling gaps, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling
• 1+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
• Must demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
