Program Director

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage overall assigned programs (residential and/or day program) for individuals
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans and implementing
• Manage personnel including ensuring completion of orientation and ongoing training.
• Coordinate overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of the programs.
• Ensure the atmosphere of the overall program is therapeutic and preserves individuals' dignity and
• Schedule, lead, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum of one year of full-time direct experience working with individuals with developmental or
• Prior experience in developing and implementing participant programs, implementing budgets, and
• Good decision-making, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be responsible, mature, and flexible.
