Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee program operations, service delivery, enrollment, training, and job placement
Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure program goals and contractual outcomes
Ensure compliance with WIOA and federal/state regulations
Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation
Build relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
Experience in workforce development or WIOA program management
Knowledge of federal and state workforce regulations
Proven leadership and staff supervision experience
Experience using data, KPIs, and reporting tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
