Program Director

📋 Description

• Coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of residential programming
• Train, supervise, and evaluate direct support professionals (DSPs)
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement individual support and behavior support plans
• Manage program budgets and maintain accurate records
• Conduct quality assessments and participate in audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience in human services
• Valid driver's license
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
• Knowledge of disability services regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
