📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs, ensuring
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and technology initiatives, including LLM-powered products
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into defined technical workstreams, architectures, and
• Embed responsible AI principles throughout program delivery, including privacy, bias mitigation
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or digital transformation, at a
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record taking AI, data, analytics, ML, or LLM-powered solutions to production.
• Hands-on background in software engineering or data science with Python, Java, data platforms, and
• Ability to review code and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle from development to monitoring.
