Program Director: Coding data

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/tech initiatives (LLM-powered, analytics, data).
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and commercial goals.
• Translate business challenges into defined workstreams, architectures, and plans.
• Establish governance: cadences, steering, risk, decisions, executive reporting.
• Collaborate with researchers, C-level, product, data, engineering teams, and specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology consulting/delivery/digital transformation/data, incl. Big 3 or top-tier
• 5+ years of program/portfolio management with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Proven track record delivering AI/data/ML/LLM solutions to production.
• Hands-on background in software engineering or data science; proficient with Python, Java, ML, data
• Ability to review code and contribute to architecture/design decisions.
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle (development, eval, deployment, monitoring, improvement).
