📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs, ensuring
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and technology initiatives, including LLM-powered
• Ensure projects consistently meet agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined technical workstreams, architectures
• Establish effective program governance, including operating cadences, steering committees, risk and
• Work directly with client researchers, C-level stakeholders, product leaders, data teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, technology delivery, digital transformation
• 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience, including leadership of large
• Proven track record of taking AI, data, analytics, ML, or LLM-powered solutions from
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering or data science, with strong familiarity with
• Ability to read and review code and provide informed technical input into architecture
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including development, evaluation, deployment
