📋 Description

• Ensure every internal team contributing to the federal program understands strategy and is aligned
• Design and run operating cadence for the federal program including weekly cross-functional syncs
• Drive progress against cross-functional goals and hold internal teams accountable

• 8+ years in program or operations leadership with complex multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem

• Technical aptitude and quick learning ability for complex software solutions
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong judgment
