Program Director / Licensed Adult Day Program Operations

📋 Description

• Hours: Full-time exempt (40 hrs/wk). Lead daily operations: staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor; coach staff; address high-behavior incidents
• Train and develop staff; hold them accountable to performance expectations
• Develop activities that promote independence and life skills
• Implement person-centered service plans and behavior support strategies
• Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, licensing standards, and internal policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services OR equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human services delivery system
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience with direct staff oversight (10+ employees preferred)
• Experience with high-level behaviors in crisis homes, Level 4, or EBHS facilities
• Experience with Regional Centers, Community Care Licensing; knowledge of Title 22 and Title 17 regulations
• Experience with ISP/IPP development and behavior support plans
